1. Introduction

Feonix Bank is a membership-based savings plan designed to help members save towards aesthetic treatments at Feonix Aesthetics. By enrolling in Feonix Bank, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Membership & Eligibility

Feonix Bank is open to all existing and new patients of Feonix Aesthetics.

Members must be at least 18 years old.

Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered patient.

3. Payments & Account Balance

Members can choose a monthly direct debit starting from £50 per month.

Payments will be collected automatically on the same date each month.

Funds accumulated in Feonix Bank are non-refundable and can only be used towards treatments at Feonix Aesthetics.

Your balance does not expire and remains available for use at any time.

4. Benefits & Perks

Members receive exclusive benefits, including early access to new treatments, special promotions, and priority booking.

Feonix Aesthetics reserves the right to update or modify member benefits at any time.

5. Usage of Funds

Feonix Bank funds can be used for any aesthetic treatment offered by Feonix Aesthetics.

Funds cannot be used for product purchases, gift vouchers, or transferred to another individual.

Members may combine their Feonix Bank balance with other accepted payment methods if their balance does not cover the full treatment cost.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

Members may cancel their Feonix Bank membership at any time, but accumulated funds will remain available for future treatments and will not be refunded.

To cancel or adjust your monthly contribution, a minimum 30-day notice is required by contacting Feonix Aesthetics.

7. General Terms

Feonix Aesthetics reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

In case of clinic closure or major service changes, Feonix Aesthetics will provide members with suitable alternatives for their accumulated balance.
