1. Your consultation — patch test included

One appointment, an hour long, at our Coventry clinic. We take a medical history, assess your skin and hair type, confirm the laser is suitable for you, agree the areas you want treated, and carry out the patch test in the same visit. There is no separate patch-test appointment to book.

The consultation is £50, redeemable against your treatment or products. It is not refundable. Your first treatment session is booked at least 48 hours after the patch test, so we can check how your skin has responded before going ahead.

2. Your treatment plan

Book a single session, or a course of 3, 6 or 10 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, because laser targets hair in its active growth phase. We'll set out exactly what your chosen area or package involves.

3. Treatment sessions

Each session is quick — from a few minutes for small areas to longer for full-body. The handpiece uses sapphire contact cooling. You may notice temporary redness or warmth around the follicles afterwards.

4. After your course

Hair grows in cycles, which is why the course is spaced out — each session treats the follicles that are in their active growth phase at the time. Maintenance sessions can be booked afterwards if you want them; your practitioner will talk through what to expect at your consultation.
