Common Questions

Can I withdraw my balance as cash?

No — funds are reserved exclusively for Feonix Aesthetics treatments and cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another person.

Does my balance expire?

Absolutely not. True luxury is timeless, and so is your Feonix Bank balance. Your credit remains available for as long as you need it.

Can I change or pause my membership?

Yes. You can modify or pause your monthly contribution at any time while retaining your full accumulated balance. To cancel, 30 days' notice is required.

How are payments collected?

Payments are collected automatically each month via GoCardless direct debit. Setup takes just a few minutes when you join.

Feonix Bank is an exclusive membership programme operated by Feonix Aesthetics Ltd. Membership is non-transferable and registered to the individual. Funds are non-refundable and redeemable against treatments only. Benefits are subject to modification by the clinic. Not a regulated financial product.
