Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?+
Yes — all new patients are required to have a consultation before any treatment. This allows our doctors to assess your suitability, discuss your goals, and create a safe and personalised treatment plan. Consultations are free and can be booked online.
How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?+
We aim to respond to all emails and WhatsApp messages within one business day. If your enquiry is urgent, the fastest way to reach us is by phone during our opening hours: Monday to Friday 9am–7pm, Saturday 9am–5pm.
Which clinic should I visit?+
All treatments are carried out at our Coventry clinic at 15 Little Park Street. Our Leamington Spa location at 11 Dormer Place is available for consultations only. If you're unsure which is most convenient, get in touch and we'll help.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?+
Yes. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please review our full cancellation policy for details on deposits and late cancellations.
Do you offer finance or payment plans?+
