Our Pro Bono Programme — care for those who need it most

Not everyone who walks through our doors is here for the reasons you might assume. Some are rebuilding confidence after illness, treatment or a difficult chapter — and for them, how they see themselves in the mirror matters more than most people can imagine.

Why it exists

The Pro Bono Programme was founded by Beata Masih on a simple belief: that feeling like yourself again should not depend on what you can afford. It provides selected treatments, free of charge, to women whose circumstances have affected how they feel about their appearance.

Who it's for

The programme is aimed at women who have experienced trauma, serious illness, or life circumstances that have taken a toll on their confidence. Each request is handled privately and with care — dignity first, always.

How it works

Referrals and enquiries are treated confidentially. Suitability is discussed sensitively and individually, and there is no expectation of anything in return. It is simply part of what we believe a clinic should be.

Get involved

Whether you would like to apply, refer someone, or support the programme, you can read more and get in touch through our Pro Bono page. Small acts of care add up.
