Why we start with a consultation.
Lines and wrinkles are personal. Some are dynamic — they appear when you move your face — and some are static, etched in over years. Some people want them softened; many simply want to understand them and stop them deepening. There is no single right answer, which is exactly why we begin with a proper conversation rather than a price list.
At your consultation, we assess your facial movement, skin quality and the way your lines form. We explain what is and isn't likely to help, the realistic outcomes, and any risks — and answer every question you have. Some clients leave with a skincare or skin-quality plan; some decide the time isn't right, and that's completely fine.
If a prescription-only treatment may be appropriate, this will be discussed and assessed by an appropriately qualified prescriber before anything is prescribed. We never sell a treatment before we've met you and confirmed it's suitable and safe for you specifically.

At your consultation, we assess your facial movement, skin quality and medical history in person, explain how your lines are forming, and talk through your options honestly — including the outcomes, the risks and whether doing nothing is the right call for now. You leave with a clear, tailored plan.
Who carries out the consultation?
Your consultation is with our clinical team — not a salesperson or receptionist. If a prescription-only treatment may be appropriate, this will be discussed and assessed by an appropriately qualified prescriber before anything is prescribed.
Will I be pressured into treatment?
No. We're genuinely happy to advise that you wait, choose a skincare or skin-quality route, or do nothing at all. Our approach is honest assessment first; you decide what happens next, at your own pace.
Why can't I just book a treatment online?
Because doing it properly means meeting you first. A face-to-face assessment is how we confirm what's suitable and safe for you specifically — it protects you, and it's how responsible clinics operate.
How do I prepare for my consultation?
Just come as you are. It helps to think about what you've noticed and what you'd like to understand or improve, and to bring a list of any medications or medical conditions. Questions are very welcome.
