We have designed measures to maximise the safety of our patients and staff to minimise the spread of Covid-19. These measures will subside once we come out of this crisis. We have been keeping up to date with the latest Public Health England advise and evaluate it every day. These are exceptional times and are taking measures to ensure patient and staff safety. Below is what you can anticipate right now as guidance and measures are likely to change frequently.

Our team screens all patients on the telephone prior to booking an appointment.

We ask you to come wearing a mask when entering the clinic and bring your own bottled water. Your mask is designed to protect others should you sneeze or cough. If you haven’t got a mask, we will provide you with one.

A cleaning station will be set up at reception. You will be asked to sanitise your hands and we will take your temperature using a contactless thermometer. Once completed, you will be taken to your treatment room by a staff member (please note once you are in your treatment room, you are advise not to leave until your procedure has been completed and you have been taken by a staff member back out to reception).

These measures are designed to help protect everyone who visits or works in our clinic. We are requiring everyone to socially distance. Your Doctor will wear Personal Protective Equipment as advised by the Public Health England when examining you and may include a mask, gloves, apron/gown and possibly a visor.

Our team will wear masks and hand disinfectant/soap gel will be available.

To limit the amount of numbers all appointments will be staggered moving forward, please arrive on time for your appointment. It is essential that you come alone for your appointment, guests will not be permitted into the clinic unless otherwise stated.

Our housekeeping team disinfects all door handles, buttons and other commonly touched surfaces every hour.

Please note: Patients who have Covid-19 symptoms or any respiratory problem (not just a persistent cough) are not permitted to come to the clinic.
